I ordered a purse from juicy-bags-sale online and they used visamasterpay.com as their third party biller. Juicy bags contacted me 24 hours after my order offering a full discount because the product was out of stock and I accepted the discount of course. The next day my debit card was charged for the order, wouldn't have been a big deal because I know these things usually get processed before refunded except that they charged me $4 extra.
