I ordered Total Cleanse on a free sample only pay postage & handling charges because I saw it was endorsed by Dr. Oz---I saw nothing stating I would be charged $ 79. 00 ---now I have a $79.00 charge against my bank account--I called & spoke with a customer service rep named Melody---she said no reimbersment would be made--I told her that we had'nt even open the bottle yet & that I would gladly send it back--she still refused to reimburse us our money---I don't understand how people can blatently rip folks off &... read full review »
