I placed an order at kaz.com on Jan. 9 and still have not received my merchandise as of Jan. 31. Nor have I ever heard from Kaz despite repeated attempts to get help from them. Their phone number herds you to a place where you trace your order, but my order number has eight digits and the phone system keeps cutting you off at seven digits. If you press zero to try to reach an operator it will hang up on you.
