I had an account with National City. When it changed to PNC my life became a living hell. Someone got my debit card or account number and began taking money from my account without my permission or knowledge. PNC Bank, while they were investigating the fraud, continued to charge me exhorbitant overdraft fees totaling almost $400. And they refused to close my account because the account was in a negative balance.
