Jan 31, 2011 I received a notice from a collection agency stating that i owe Hollywood vidio $343.21, when they were closing like jan 2010 I went there to close my account and they said I didn't owe anything and all acounts would be closed at the end of the month. I even bought some games and vidios. A Year later I owe money. I hven't beeen able to talk to anyone at the collection agency the line is always busy. I am contacting the Att. General And the FTC the BBB and anyone else I can think of I hope all of you do the same. I am not paying something I do not owe. I have enough to pay as it is. read full review »
