I have been a commercial tenant at one of Benderson's properties for years. I have complained numerous times about the mold, leaks, and unsafe conditions in the building. Benderson and his henchmen just ignore the complaints and I have been loosing customers because of it. I would have thought a big developer such as Benderson would take better care of his tenants.
