Bark Off ripped me off, also! I ordered one 6 months ago -- they charged me for two. I also ordered the ac/dc charger -- they never sent it. You can't get through to customer service to do anything about it -- just keep getting a message to call back. It doesn't stop dogs from barking, either. The product is a scam, and those selling them ought to be put out of business! I wasted over $50 for nothing. Anyone who buys one of these (count on being charged for two of them) will be very dissappointed. Wish I knew sooner! read full review »
