As a single woman with 2 small children in my home, I purchased the HMS warranty when recently purchasing my first home. Their literature is very misleading, I thought I was buying peace of mind, but instead have had nothing but TROUBLE with this company. Heat pump has gone out, paid the $100.00 deductible and finally someone came to look at the unit and said it needed to be replaced.
