I took a bracelet to ZALES to repair, the last three chains were broken off. They said it will cost $24.99, measured it, estimated a $500 value and gave me a receipt. A week later I got a call from a gentlemen called Glenn (not the same person who took the bracelet from me) and he said they have to put an endcap on it and it costs $89.99. I was really puzzled because it had an endcap on it, at the end of the three broken off chains.
