I went to Shawano because I had alot of dead and damaged ends. I told the hair dresser to cut my hair and I realized that 5 or 6 inches would be cut off. I told the hairdresser to cut it all one length and she could go a little shorter if need be. I was very specific and the young lady cutting my hair said I'm just going to techturize it and took a razor and made this swipe down the back of my hair.
