Comcast offering a $250 Amazon.com Gift card when signing up for their triple-play (Xfinity). After waiting six months for the rebate, I contacted Comcast who has no idea of what I was talking about. They gave a phone number to contact Amazon.com but when I called the number, it turned out to be Comcast -- the same number I had called! Openned a ticket with ActivationCenter but nothing.
