Company claims orders are shipped via USPS when they are actually shipped using an outside order fulfillment company that is poorly run. On 1/26/1011 I re3cie3ved a "shipment confirmation' and tracking number. As of tonight 1/28/2011 the USPS has yet to be given the order. Blucig does not mention a third party shipper anywhere in their website of correspondence. I have reported this issue to Postal Inspector Fraud Service, Better Business Bureau, and IC3 FBI Fraud Bureau. read full review »
