I purchased an electronic gift certificate for Lowe's Home Improvement. The site promises that electronic gift cards are emailed within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours, I've emailed support, and I haven't heard a thing. So much for that whopping 6% discount! Avoid the hassle and try one of the other gift card sites! read full review »
