This is the 2nd time in 2 months that FedEx has burned me. 1st time was at Christmas when I got their catch all excuse "delivery exception". Repeated phone calls, speaking to managers at their "go fedex" number AND at the local delivery center, did absolutely nothing to get my package here before Christmas. What really gripped me was their cavalier attitude. No one gave a crap.
