CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - bought a bunk bed for my daughters in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed there were scratches on the head board. After communicating with them for about 6 weeks via e-mail, we resolved the issure. They were to send me a paint pen to touch up the scratches, and they refunded 8%. I was happy with that EXCEPT the paint that they sent was in a baggie in a plain white envelope. So, when I finally received it, it was all dried up and I couldn't even open the envelope.
