Promised instrument delivery for Christmas. I called a few days before Christmas and was told delivery wouldn't be until January. Cancelled order that day. Still haven't received credit (0000) and they just tried to ship me the order I cancelled in December! Then, they didn't even have the decency to call FedEx and cancel the shipment, even after I expressly told them to do so!! read full review »
