Had a 1 yr commitment Jan 08 to Jan 09 4 months in 1 of the 5 receivers went bad (of course only 90 warranty $$) service was terrible and delayed but we did finally get the replacement (at our cost) Was disappointed with cost of service (double what they singed us up for), the deliberately confusing billing practice and the constant charging of our credit card for movies.
