I ordered a pair of sneakers and paid immediately via paypal since thats the only way you can pay. I received a confirmation right away and the email said that the sneakers would be mailed within 2 days. After a few days, I emailed customer service to find out when the sneakers would be shipped and they asked me to forward my confirmation email to them. They didn't even know I had purchased or paid for a pair of sneakers.
