Products are fine - but they have a tendency to engage in "bait and switch" where they sell a discontinued product on-line and then substitute another product in its place. Their shipping page says that "orders are inspected three (3) times during the picking and shipping process", which apparently is hooey. And when you try and contact them to get an issue resolved, they're not available. read full review »
