Dishwasher delivered on 1/17/2011, Delivery guy broke counter top while installing dishwasher. Nobody from hhgregg has done anything about this and today is 2/1/2011. Called customer service and after about 45 minutes and one idiot named bill, I reached Mary (the manager of customer service). Mary informed me that hhgregg is not responsible for breaking my property but the delivery service should be responsible.
