We have been trying to go through a "loan modification" with Wells Fargo for at least 3-4 months now. They send us paperwork to fill out and we sent it back. We never hear anything so we call to check status and they say that they never received the paperwork. This has happened 3 times. This paperwork is Fed-Exed back to them in an cardboard envelope so I dont understand how after sending it 3 times they NEVER receive it.
