I was sitting through a presentation for a Travel Club and was promised a free cruise and a 3day/2 night vacation. Neither the Cruise or the 2 night vacation vouchers were honored. Also Spirit Incentives Customer Service is very rude and definitely no Customer Service at all. You have to go online mystpage.com, fill out there form and travel dates. I gave 3 for the cruise and 3 for the hotel stay. Of course none of the 6 in total travel dates were available.
