Sony Service is the worsty ever. The people in Manila should be out of a job and the jobs should be brought back to the US where we know the meaning of customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY another Sony product becuase they wont even stand behind their replacement lamps. There is no way to reach an executive to voice your complaint. So once you spend your money they are done with you. DONT BUY SONY PRODUCTS!!! read full review »
