Bought the Eureka Optima vacuum cleaner from a local Target, brought it home, it was missing the adjustable handle. Spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for customer service, representative was short and unfriendly, said it would take 7-14 days for the part to arrive. That's way too long -- Eureka should expedite shipping when they sell products that can't be used. Will not be purchasing another Eureka product in the future. read full review »
