I call to place and order. After the order, I needed to know how much it was cause, it never gave me a total. I called again hoping to speak w/ a Rep and got a recorder stating that I needed to wait 24hr to 48hr to make sure it was in the system. The order was placed on 1/17/2011. I waited until 1/20/2011 and was told by the automated system that my order has been canceled. I realize I didn't want the item after knowing that the charges was $86.88.
