I recently purchased a brand new Kyocera G2Go M2000 cell phone from their website. When I received the phone the battery cover was loose. I contacted Page Plus to have the phone replaced and I was told by them that I have to send it to Kyocera under the warranty procedures and if the hardware issue isn't covered by them then they'll replace the phone. This is an unacceptable company policy. Think twice about purchasing a brand new phone from this company. read full review »
