I read an online advertisement that said "Get your free credit report now." I signed up for the "free" credit report, only to find out a few days later that it wasn't "free" at all. The company began charging $14.95 per month to my credit card without my authorization. When I called them to get the account cancelled and my payment refunded, they told me they could not refund my payment because I have been to their website before.
