I purchased a Nordic Track Treadmill Model NTL080091 on 1/9/11 from Sears in Portland Oregon. Paid for delivery and installation as well as a 3 year on-site repair/service contract. The product has not worked since the day after it was installed. I called Nordic Track at 888-825-2588 to have them come and fix it.
