I rented a townhouse from a management co. and lived there for my 1 yr. lease, while occupied dishwasher only worked about 4 mo. and they would not have repaired, and water leaked a steady flow in bathtub and took 4 phone calls to get fixed and a water bill from he hoa for over usage to get that repaired. I moved out by the end of nov. 2010 and was told it would take 3 weeks to get my 900.00 dep. back.
