We registered our timeshare with ACE TIMESHARE SALES AND RENTALS on August eight 2010 we spoke to a Jim Manning who alleged to be Advertising Manager for ace . We were'nt aware thst you shound'nt pay an up front fee. W paid 349.00 to Mr Manning and Ace timeshare Sales and Rentals . I spoke to Mr. Manning several times discussing the terms of the contract .
