My colleague got into a car accident today and he needed a rent car to get around so I gave him a ride to a local Hertz rental car (Fremont location) where we waited over thirty minutes to rent a car. This rental was setup by his insurance company so we can’t go elsewhere. There was three rental staff working at the counter but with each rental where they are trying to scare folks and ask customer to buy their insurance package of $26.99 where each consumer is confused and skeptical about.
