I start with saying I have been an AT&T customer for 10 years and I have never seen the lack of customer servic I saw when I tried to sign up for UVerse service. I signed up online around the 14th of January and was told I would receive and email confirming my Internet had been turned on that week. I did receive an email, but I told me my order had been put on hold until I called, they need more info on my account.
