This company must be ran by school kids! I have had internet service with them for over 2 years at a speed of 3 megabites. I called in and asked if they offered a higher speed in my area and they said they could go up to 8 megs. We disscused the price and I agreed to upgrade. It took them a week to get my service started and when they did, it was at 1.5 megs! I called in and they said someone changed the work order so they changed it back. This happened 3 times!
