On Tuesday Feb, 1 2011, My doctor fax my Rx in at 12:00PM, WHEN i got the store at 6:30, find out my rx never got put in the computer. So at the time they scan it in and told me it would be a hour wait. I waiting until 8:38 to get my RX. Only three people was in line from 8 until 8:38 and they had 2 Phram. tech. they never try to get our RX ready they just sit around and talk to each other.
