My computer was stuck, didn't start up anymore and decided to contact them. On the phone they quoted me 1.5 hours, which equals $150 (according to them) Guy from geeksmobileusa came to my house, worked 3.5 hours on the system and charged me $369.95. I was like what??? "these are our rates" the technician said. Call the company if you have a problem with it. So..I called, and spoke with one of their sales people.
