HSN will not accept returns that were Christmas gifts if you purchased them prior to October 1st. That's insane! I can return things to QVC, Kohls, Penneys, etc. with no problem as long as it is returned in January and have done so. They are sending my items back to me. It's stupid of them to lose a customer and pay for return shipping (and I used their return label so they've paid to send it twice) rather than give me a refund. I've canceled my membership and will no longer order from them. I suggest anyone else be careful about doing their Christmas shopping early, or any shopping with HSN. read full review »
