Similar to the other complainants here, my company sent in 2 different shipments of over 150 phones. These phones were tested and physically inspected BEFORE they were sent in. FULL CIRCLE WIRELESS paid us 50% of the value they post on their website claiming phones were "D" stock! We are well aware of the cell phone grading scale as we are in the same business. Plain and Simple Full Circle Wireless scammed us! We filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB of California. If it sounds too good to be true... Find yourself another cell phone recycler.
