I am a hardcore gamer. I recently purchased a brand new redesigned Xbox 360 halo reach special edition system. Retail $399.99. I purchased it September 14 2010. Now five months later it has the red ring (or dot in this case) of death! Five months old! I have purchased FIVE systems in total and have sent in three in for repair. For a total of EIGHT systems owned in less than six years. At $200-$400 a system this has cost me $1700 in new systems.
