Unauthorized charges by this company were made to my credit card account. It was charged for $29.95, $29.95, $1, $1 which totals $61.90. I emailed a request for credit to my account for the two $29.95 charges--at that time I had missed the two $1 charges. I would have preferred to talk to someone but only the 24/7 phone announcemnet works, not the representatives on the weekend. The only recent credit report pulled that I know of was for my husband by the owner of a rental property. I am glad I could read about experiences of other with this company to confirm my impression of them. read full review »
