Metroplex is a nightmare. Purchased an item for Christmas and paid for "international shipping" (to Canada). Three weeks later, still no item and then asked them when it had been shipped and for tracking ID. No such thing as they don't have one and was then informed that do not ship internationally...even though I just paid them $50 to do exactly that. They did not inform me of this when I purchased the item...only when I asked them 3 weeks later where my item was. No Christmas present, no empathy, no customer service of any kind and no way I will ever use or recommend them again. Buyer beware. read full review »
