I called Fia and told them to drop a service from my card and it took them several months to do so. It was then taken off but my latest bill shows the same service added again and i refuse to go through with this. This is theft and they know it. They will place bills onto your account that you dont want and we must pay for it? Time for a lawyer Dont ever get the privacy assist. They dont assist you, they assist themselves.
