I got a prepaid mobile for my mother. She just wanted a cell phone thats all. Though she sparingly used it, the balance used to disappear because of unwanted subscriptions. Then one day I am unable to recharge. The customer care suggests idiotic things. First, he asked to try recharging from 2-3 different places.
