I went here to get my taxes done this year and rather than asking what type of return I wanted to do, they ASSUMED I wanted the loan option (24-48 hrs). When in fact I just wanted it E-filed and direct deposited into my account because it's hard for me to get out on my own with two very young babies. (Their father is an over the road truck driver and is only home on weekends) They filed in the form for the loan without clarifying or asking me what I wanted to do, then started talking to me about coming to get checks.
