my sms pack has to be expired on 31st jan nd have to be renewed on 1 feb, , , i deactivate the pack, but it didnt get deactivated, so i complaint to customer care on the same day, nd they take my complaint nd next day, my sms pack get renewed nd balance got deducted, ..and then my complaint go into progressed of last day, nd my new smscard got deactivated.this is the way how the reliance company exploiting the customers by unnecessarily deduting the balance. read full review »
