I signed up for the "free one week trial". After looking at their websight and checking my scores I cancelled my trial, this all took place in the span of one hour so I was still in the "free trial" time limit. Got home that night and they had charged my account for $29.95. I called and they said it was still pending on my account and they couldn't take it off until it cleared my accout and to call back in a few days.
