I used the Moving Experts to transport items from Chicago to Los Angeles. Turns out they subcontracted my shipment to a company called Elite Moving & Storage. What did I get for my money, poor customer service, broken items, scratch and damaged furniture and missing boxes. What have they done to help locate my items, give me constant lies about some missing Manager named Joe. Since he can never be located I guess he is somewhere with my missing items. In any case.
