I bought a Fuji camera online dec 6th, and paid through my bank account through direct transfer. I found out on dec 8th that I had lost my job. I waited until that weekend to see if camera came, it didn't so I sent an email dec 12 outlining the situation and requesting a refund. Received reply from Kavita on dec 12 that order cancelled and refund on its way. Dec 21st - called to check - spoke to Alicia who said she'd look and return my call - no call returned.
