On January 22, 2009, Directv put a charge of $417.05 on my Sears Gold MasterCard without my authorization. I DO NOT appreciate this at all. Since then, I have contacted them on several occasions about this charge and they have informed me that it will be taken off of my bill. However, it still exists on there. I am sending a complaint to you about this happening. NO ONE other than ME should be able to charge my account especially without me knowing about it, or authorizing it.
