i was a wireless customer of att for over 5 years. recently i consolidated my service for my wife and son on verizon. i had my son's att number ported to verizon and closed the att account. at the time i was told i was one day past the close of the billing cycle and since they bill a month in advance i would have to pay for the entire month. i expressed my disappointment that the situation was hardly fair...why should i pay for a service that i was not going to receive? also, i did not have a contract with att, so it seemed resonable to... read full review »
