2008 dodge 3500 4x4 dually has been sitting at edwards dodge in dumas tx. for 3 days waiting for the adjuster to show up, was supposed to be there yesterday. I have had 3 licenced mechanics tell me that ball joints and tie-rod ends are bad 2 of which are delership services. The extended warranty people think an adjuster is needed to make sure that vehicle needs fiixing?
